Macronutrients:
- 45-60% carbohydrates (with at least 10 g fibers)
- 20-35% fat (limit saturated fat)
- Protein: ≈ 0.86-0.92 g/ kg/ day
Micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) needs
- 800 mg of calcium
- 7-11 mg of iron
- 140-200 μg DFE of folate
- 15 μg of Vitamin D
