The “Colours of Health” game, developed for younger children, can help them identify and learn about healthy foods and colours.
The number of players in the game is not limited. Players choose any colour and must name a fruit or vegetable of that colour within 30 seconds.
For example, they are asked to name fruit in red. Players continue to say apples, strawberries, etc. Players get one point per named fruit/vegetable. Different rules for giving points can be developed depending on the players’ ages.
