  • The Colours of Health” game, developed for younger children, can help them identify and learn about healthy foods and colours.
  • The number of players in the game is not limited. Players choose any colour and must name a fruit or vegetable of that colour within 30 seconds.
  • For example, they are asked to name fruit in red. Players continue to say apples, strawberries, etc. Players get one point per named fruit/vegetable. Different rules for giving points can be developed depending on the players’ ages.
