Scenarios

  • The “Word-fruit” game can be played by at least two people, including a parent and a child.
  • Parents and children must take turns writing any fruit or vegetable word. They can play the game “Word-fruit” by using the last letter of the word they wrote, deriving a fruit or vegetable word, and continuing in this way.
  • Players have 1 minute to write the words they will derive. Those who fail to derive and write down the words in 1 minute will eat one fruit or vegetable as a reward.
  • The game “Health in Words and Letters” can be played by at least two people, including parents and children.
  • Parents and children should derive a healthy food for each letter of the alphabet within 2 minutes and explain the benefits of that food.
  • Penalty points are written for those who cannot derive; additional points are given for each advantage phrase while describing the advantages of the word they derived. In this game, the last person eats one fruit or vegetable as a reward at the end of the scoring.
  • The number of players in the game is not limited. Players choose any color and must name the fruit or vegetable of that color within 30 seconds.
  • Suppose they are asked to say fruit in red. People continue to say apples, strawberries, etc. In turn, the person who cannot say the fruit of that color eats one fruit or vegetable as a reward, as described above.

    ACT 1 SCENE 1

  • Once upon a time, in the City of the Obese, there lived a hamburger boy named Tom, whom no one living alone wished to have as a friend. One day, while Tom was eating a hamburger;
  • Pepper: Hey, Fat Tom! Stop eating hamburgers.
  • Tom: I can’t stop; I love hamburgers so much. HAMBURGER HAMBURGER I EAT (Laughter).

     ACT 1 SCENE 2

  • One day Tom’s burgers run out, and he goes to the villain burger’s restaurant to buy a hamburger.
  • Tom: Uncle Burger, can you give me ten hamburgers?
  • Burger: Of course (laughs evilly), even if you buy ten hamburgers, buy five from me, let me see those 15 hamburgers.
  • Tom: Thanks Uncle Burger (Gladly)
  • In the meantime, Carrot passes by Burger’s restaurant and calls after Tom.
  • Carrot: Tom! Tom! I have to talk to you. (Seriously)
  • Tom: No, are you going to make fun of me again? (Seriously)
  • Carrot: Burger is poisoning you, Tom! (Seriously)
  • Tom: Come on, I don’t trust you anymore! (continues to walk alone, annoyed at Carrot)

     ACT 1 SCENE 3

  • Three years later, the number of obese children in the city increased. Carrot and Pepper have no more friends to play with.
  • Carrot: Pepper, we made fun of Tom, but now we are also alone (Sad)
  • Pepper: We need to find a solution to this situation Pepper (Seriously)
  • Carrot: Pepper, what do you say we open a fruit and vegetable store together in exchange for burgers? (Excitedly)
  • Pepper: Wow, great idea (Laughing). We can not even play a soccer game with any kid in town, including Tom, except you and me!
  • Carrot: Yes, Pepper, all of them are too bulky for us (Seriously).
  • Pepper: Agreed then (Gladly)

     ACT 1 SCENE 4

  • Carrot and Pepper opened the grocery store, which sold fruits and vegetables they had agreed on. Tom meets Pepper and Carrot one day.
  • Tom: Pepper, the kids in town have gotten sick one by one, and I have no one left (cries to Pepper).
  • Pepper: Tom, no kid is going to eat those hamburgers, not even you! (Seriously)
  • Carrot and Pepper: We found a solution, Tom! (Together shouting with joy)
  • Tom: No matter what you say, I will keep eating the hamburgers (angrily).
  • Carrot: Tom, understand, these kids got sick at a young age because they ate hamburgers! (Seriously)
  • Tom: Hmmm, you might be right; tell me, what is your solution? (Curiously)
  • Pepper: We will make all the obese children in town, including you, eat fruits and vegetables from our grocery store (excitedly)
  • Tom: So how are you going to do that? (Thinking)
  • Carrot: Making interesting visual shapes from pieces of fruit and vegetables (Excitedly)
  • Tom: Let’s try (Thinking)

     ACT 1 SCENE 5

  • Carrot and Pepper’s suggestion brought to life the obese children in the city, including Tom. The number of sick children in the city decreased, all of them, including Tom, had a healthy body shape, and finally, the villain Burger went bankrupt.
  • Tom: Carrot, I have never felt so reborn. (Joyfully)
  • Carrot: No matter how much Pepper and I used to make fun of you, we were deeply saddened by how you used to be. (Seriously)
  • Tom: You saved my life and other children’s lives! (Joyfully)
  • Pepper: You can run comfortably now, Tom; you have lost weight! (Joyfully)
  • Tom: Bye-bye hamburger welcome health yippee! (Shouting with joy)

  HAPPY END

  • In the game called “Vegetable-Burger” there are 28 cards about healthy foods and a total of 48 cards, 20 of which are unhealthy foods.
  • Each card has its score, with cards containing healthy foods earning plus points and unhealthy foods earning minus points.
  • The game is played with 2, 3, or 4 people.
  • As for the game’s rules, six cards are distributed face down to each game participant. Everyone will take turns discarding their unhealthy food card face down and drawing a face-down card from the floor. The person who has completely healthy food cards in his hand is the first in the game this round and receives the highest score, called health points. The total points of the cards of the other persons are calculated, and accordingly, a ranking list is created for the persons.
  • Talking about more details of the game, if a person has no cards with unhealthy foods among the six cards dealt at the beginning of the game, the game is interrupted. The cards are then reshuffled, and six cards are distributed to everyone. If there are no more cards to draw in the game and no one can finish the game with completely healthy cards in their hand, the total points of the cards in the hand of all players are calculated, and the hand with the highest total points wins the game.
  • The game can also be played as multiple hands; the total points of the people’s cards are calculated for each hand (whoever finishes his hand with completely healthy food cards wins the highest score for that round of the game, which is already called health points for that hand), the person with the highest total points as a result of all hands wins the game.
  • As part of the project, this game draws a picture of a child named Teddy eating chips. This visually conveys that eating unhealthy foods like French fries is also not physically healthy. The picture is then broken down into puzzle pieces using tools.
  • These puzzle pieces are presented to the children by their parents to play with and put together so that they both understand the importance of healthy eating and having fun.
  • In the game “Healthy Organs, Strong Human” the puzzle picture will include a visually strong person and his organs made with healthy food. The benefit of the respective healthy food for the corresponding organ will be conveyed visually (e.g., the eyes of the strong person are in the picture with two carrot slices cut crosswise, the brain with walnut pieces, etc.).
  • Later, this strong human image with healthy organs made from healthy foods will be broken down into puzzle pieces during the project using tools.These puzzle pieces will be presented to the children by their parents to play with and put together to understand the importance of healthy eating and have fun doing it.
  • The game “Healing Cards” can be played with three people, consisting of parents and children.
  • In the game, there are 30 cards with fruit and vegetable names on them, and each card has keywords that will help explain the benefits of that fruit or vegetable; players should use these keywords to build sentences that describe the benefits of the food on that card.
  • Each keyword has a certain score in the game. The person who will tell the first keyword(s), the reader, is determined by lot. Each player must be a reader at least three times. The person or people who do not meet this requirement lose the game. Except for the reader, other people have the right to respond a maximum of 2 times for the response to the described food. The person who knows the food told by the reader receives as many points as the keyword used. Minus or plus points are not written to the people who do not know, the person who knows becomes the reader, and the game continues in this way.
  • There is also the following detail: If more than one keyword is used in a question with a known answer, only the keyword’s score with the highest score is added for both the reader and the person who knows it. The reader does not have to use all the keywords. The fewer keywords used in a question whose answer is not known to the others, the fewer points are deducted from the reader’s score in the game.
  • Another important point is that using a keyword that makes it easier for other people to recognize is beneficial to the reader. For a question whose answer is not known to anyone, the reader receives minus points equal to the points for the keywords he or she uses, and for people other than the reader, minus points are awarded only equal to the point for the highest-scoring keyword.
  • The person(s) last in the game by total points eats one fruit or vegetable.
  • The game “HIGHWAY to Health” is played with at least two people, consisting of parents and children.
  • Healthy lifestyle behaviors such as eating healthy foods, exercising, going to bed early, and brushing teeth and unhealthy lifestyle behaviors such as eating unhealthy foods, playing computer games for hours, and polluting the environment will be conveyed by drawing pictures on the board of the game to be developed “HIGHWAY to Health.”
  • There are a number of highways on the game board, each divided into squares and secondary roads leading off the highways. On these roads, some shortcuts or obstacles show healthy and unhealthy behaviors. All types of materials that develop on these roads can be used in the game.
  • Also, the game is played with a single die to progress along these paths.
  • For example, suppose that we roll a four with the dice, we move forward as four boxes along this path and think that we are stuck at the obstacle that visualizes the unhealthy behavior at the end of the 4th box.   • This animation to be designed will include the life of a 12-year-old boy named “Alex” about healthy and balanced nutrition.
  • When Alex eats healthy or unhealthy food in animation, the organs in his body will talk to him about health.
  • An animation will be developed for children that visually highlights the importance of the effects of healthy and unhealthy foods on our bodies.
  • It consists of such examples by talking about the bones in his body as “Alex, you are a bad boy, you are doing us a disservice, we are melting away one by one” etc. when Alex drinks cola, and about his intestines as “We are very strong and vigorous, Alex, eat such healthy foods as broccoli so that we can be so industrious” when Alex eats broccoli.
